Scientology Volunteer Ministers in Action
I liked this Story about Scientology Volunteer Ministers in England. I found it at the Scientology UK Website :
On May 11th 2005 a National Tsunami Memorial Service was held at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London. Among those attending were Scientology Volunteer Ministers who had gone to India to aide in the tsunami disaster relief this winter. They had returned home, gratified that they had been able to help but well aware of the tremendous need in India for the effective solutions Volunteer Ministers offer.
So in late May, UK Scientology Volunteer Minister representatives, Lady Margaret McNair and Graeme Wilson led a team to Kolkata, to launch a year-long Scientology Volunteer Ministers Goodwill Tour to India. Their message—Something CAN Be Done About It. The tour will cover 6,114-km and visit 13 Indian cities and everywhere they go there will be exhibits and seminars to train local citizens in the skills contained in The Scientology Handbook. 19 booklets, each covering a separate chapter of the Scientology Handbook, have been translated into Bengali. The seminars will cover the basic skills covered by these booklets: skills a Volunteer Ministers uses to help others. >> more
