Good News about the Scientology Anti-Drug Campaign
The Church of Scientology International announced it has published brand new booklets that give the latest facts about the most frequently abused drugs.
The church's strategy is to get to the kids BEFORE they are addicted. And with drugs like Crystal Meth that means before the try it for the first time.
I think the worst "gateway" drug today is Ritalin and the other amphetamines kids are being put on in schools to handle so-called learning disorders (I'll save that rant for another post) and one of the booklets is on "Kiddy Coke" -- (Ritalin etc.) which is being heavily abused by kids.
You can go to the web site of the Say No to Drugs campaign and read the booklets online or download, give them to your kids, reprint them and get them out to all the kids in your school or neighborhood, and protect your kids by helping create agreement of his friends that it's not cool to take drugs - it's just stupid.
