Here's an interesting write up on the life of L. Ron Hubbard. In the late 1950s and the first part of the 1960s while Mr. Hubbard was doing extensive research in Scientology he made is home in East Grinstead, Sussex, which is still his home.

Another good article was written by Rev. Cathy Norman who is the President of the Church of Scientology of Texas. It covers basic tenets of the Scientology religion.

I can't wait to see the new Tom Cruise movie. First of all, he really deserves an Oscar for all the great work he's done throughout his career, and everything I've read about Samurai says this is the pinnacle of his career.

In his interviews on the film he draws a lot of parallels between the Samurai code and Scientology, as in this article: Cruise blesses faith for his Samurai prowess .

My friend Jeannie and I have a bit of a game going for who can find cool web sites about Scientology. Here's one I thought was pretty cool: Scientology (CESNUR) CESNUR stands for "Center for the Study of New Religions". They have a lot of interesting material on other religions as well.

Here's a press release on the grand opening of the Church of Scientology San Francisco . The new premises are downtown in the market district and right up against Chinatown .

The building itself is a work of art, the way the Church refurbished it. There is an online tour of the new church here.

I'm so happy they have this new building. It is going to be the start of incredible expansion for them, and for the community!
